Top Dressing & Seeding

- Apply grass seed by itself or with a layer of top dressing soil in the spring or fall, to help fill in dips and bare patches and to thicken the lawn.
- Use a proper and quality grass seed that works with the conditons of your lawn either sun, shade or mixed.
- If applying grass seed after being top dressed, it is important to lightly rake the seed into the soil
- For ideal germination, keep lawn moist.
